i need is a peer-to-peer On-Demand Services marketplace allowing Consumers to connect with Freelance Service Providers in the local area. Our dual-app allows a Consumer to also create a Service Provider profile and to monetise the services that they might offer to the local community.
As a Consumer, you have the option to carry out an advanced search and choose the type of service you want and select a time and location you would like to have a service carried out, and our real-time search engine will find the Service Providers who meet your criteria. You can then review their profile and make a booking request without the need to send enquiry messages to the Service Provider.
You can book your regular Service Provider and find new ones that you might not have known about who are local. You can build a list of favourite Service Providers and never have to direct message them again to ask if they are available. Payments can be made in App, so no need for Cash or Bank Transfers.

Yes, we take our users data seriously and protect your personal details according to all applicable data and GDPR laws. It is essential to us that your privacy is taken care of, and our digital infrastructure was built to address the issue. For more information, you can view our Privacy Policy.
If you find you are, or are not satisfied with the service you have received from a Service Provider, you are encouraged to give a rating and leave a review, so that other potential customers are aware of your experience with that Service Provider.
If your Service Provider has received a deposit from you and has not shown up or cancelled at short notice, we recommend you message them to discuss and/or request a re-schedule that can be done within the App.
If you wish to report a Service Provider to us, within the menu, click on 'My Account' and you can raise the issue within the ‘Contact Us’ option. We have the right to remove Service Providers from the platform pending poor reviews and/or complaints.
If you are logged into the app, click on the main menu, scroll down to and click on ‘Contact us’. You can message the team directly to report any issues, raise any queries, or suggest features or future services you would like us to provide. You will receive a notification and an in-App reply to your query.

Stripe is the in-App payments provider, and their fees are 20p + 1.4% per transaction and the Service Providers pay their own payment processing fees.
For example, if a Service Provider wishes to receive 50% deposit for booking a customer in, there will be a cost to the Service Provider of 20p + 1.4% of the deposit fee that will be paid to Stripe. If the Consumer chooses to pay the remainder of the balance through the App, there will be another Stripe fee of 20p + 1.4% incurred. If a 100% deposit is requested and paid, only 1x payment processing fee will be paid to Stripe.
If you choose to upgrade to a monthly subscription, you will have the option to choose ‘No Deposit’ and receive the payment from your customer in cash on the day of the service.
For Service Providers the app is a Freemium, you can offer you services with no subscription fees and no commissions are taken. Service Providers utilising the Freemium version will have a nominal fee of 60p charged to their Customers per booking. We want Service Providers to offer and retain as much of their revenues as possible.
For the Service Providers that wish to subscribe, we offer a cost-effective subscription package of £18 per month where no nominal fees are charged to your customers, any customers can directly message you anytime, and you have more control to choose whether you wish to receive zero deposits or select a % of your choice.
